Type
of Wines (All wine kits make 23 liters, 28-30 750ml
bottles):

Week Wines
Made from 7.5 to 10 Liter kits
of varietal grape juice concentrate. Can be
enjoyed with no ageing. Great for the beginning
wine maker to taste the fruits of their efforts.

6-Week
Wines
Made from 15 or 16-liter kits
of 100% pure varietal grape juice and varietal
grape concentrate, with the proper pH, acid
& tannin levels, these superb kits are for
the serious wine drinker. They can be enjoyed
with as little as 3 months ageing but will
continue to improve for up to 3 years.

Wines
Made from 16-liter kits of
100% pure varietal juice & concentrate from
the source region, these wines can be enjoyed
with as little as 3 months ageing but will also
continue to age up to 3 years.

Limited
Release Wines
Each supplier releases certain
wines once per year. These wines are specially
selected and of the highest quality. They must
be reserved in advance. The list is released in
the fall.

Fruit Wines
A very pleasant, low alcohol fruit based
wine. They come in a variety of flavours and are
very refreshing served over ice.

Port &
Sherry (All port & sherry kits make 11.5
liters of finished product)
We have a wide variety of ports that come in
the traditional flavour as well as some very
unique and delicious flavours.
We have a cream sherry or a dry sherry, both
are remarkable with flavourful finishes that are
just right.
